Return and Refund Policy
WLBM offers return and exchange on faulty goods only! It is very important that you choose your sizing and style of the gown carefully. Please check on our sizing chart and read the *Return Policy down below.

Faulty Goods
WLBM believes in good quality and design. We have a dedicated team who conducts quality checks of all stock to verify the good condition of products. If you suspect that you have received a product with some kind of flaw or fault or the incorrect item then please contact our Customer Care team as soon as possible quoting your order reference number, we will advise how to proceed with the return request.

If there was a mistake on the part of WLBM or in the case an item was faulty or damaged, client will be reimbursed for return shipping charges. Please note that we do not accept liability for shipping loss or damage of returned goods.

If your item was purchased at one of our Australian or international stockists you will need to return the item to the store it was purchased and liaise with them directly.

If you are returning goods to WLBM for repair or replacement, then please ensure you have previously discussed this with Mallika Hetrakul herself to ensure you receive the best possible care and advice. We are not responsible for any undelivered returns.

One off Design/ Individually Handcrafted
Each WLBM gown is individually handcrafted with great care and uses delicate and fragile fabrics, embroideries, embellishment and lace and it is normal for there to be slight imperfections and variations in finish, colour and fabrication. Embellishments and fabrics may change in colour with time and wear adding to the charm and individuality of each piece. These are not faults in the production of the garment and are consistent with handmade quality. We cannot be held liable for minor faults or flaws that are considered normal in individually handmade couture products.

WLBM is not able to alter or cancel orders once they have been placed. There is no refund or exchange for change of mind unless the goods are deemed faulty.

Processing your return
If you have received a faulty item we will gladly offer you a full refund or exchange for the same item.  We must however stress that in order to receive a refund or exchange, the item(s) must be unworn and in perfect new condition, with all garment tags still attached and in their original packaging.

WLBM reserves the right to refuse a refund or exchange on items we deem unfit for resale. If you have received an item different to that which you ordered we will replace the item with the correct item that was originally ordered.

Customers outside of Australia are liable for any additional import duties and customs.

Return requests on all items, including WLBM online boutique accessories, must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.

withlovebymallika.com.au proudly offers a complimentary return and exchange service (in accordance with our Terms and Conditions).

Refund
We aim to process your refund within 14 working days of receipt of your return.
All returns returned in accordance with our terms and conditions are entitled to a full product refund or exchange.

You will need to include your invoice in order forwithlovebymallika.com.au to identify your order and allocate your refund, exchange or store credit accordingly.
Australian Post (standard post) will guarantee that the package arrives safely and on time.

Goods purchased online can also be returned at out Sydney Studio and can be accepted as returns via our Online Boutique. Refunds can only be given via the original method of payment.

Discounted Items
If a special discount code was applied to your order the amount refunded will be repaid at the discounted value.

WLBM offers free shipping for purchases over $1000 for orders only within Australia.

SHIPPING POLICY
WLBM will provide a verification email with your package tracking information once your order has shipped.

Customers are responsible for all costs associated with duties, taxes or customs where applicable.

Customers are also responsible for fees associated with orders delivered to a wrong address so please be mindful when entering delivery information and ensure this information is accurate.

WLBM will exchange or refund faulty goods received back to us in Sydney, Australia and all returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery as per our Terms and Conditions. (Terms and Conditions Page)

Every order is insured while in transit until delivery. Responsibility for the package passes to AUS Post once they take possession of it. When the package is delivered, (defined as but not limited to; signed for, directly hand delivered, left at door, mailroom, front desk or management office) the package and its contents is the sole responsibility of the customer.

SHIPPING METHODS & COSTS
Australian & New Zealand Standard Shipping Costs – $10*
Standard Australian & New Zealand orders are typically processed within 72 hours pending availability and credit card verification. Once processed your order will be delivered within 3 days by Australian Post. We require that your order is signed for on delivery. If no one is available at the time of delivery Australian Post will leave a calling/delivery card to be picked up at the nearly Australian Post. It is your responsibility to arrange for re-delivery with the specified courier company.

International Shipping Costs – Thailand $20. Please contact us for costs outside nominated areas.

Products shipped internationally are typically processed within 10 days with Australian Post, and 4-5 days for Express Australian Post. Once processed your orders will be delivered with 4-10 business days. Please note international orders may attract customs *duties and taxes.

*As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to. As we are unable to advise the amount this may be, please check with your local customs authority prior to placing an order.

Please note we are currently unable to ship to Russia, India or Africa due to customs restrictions.

When your order has been placed, a confirmation email with a postal tracking number will be sent to your nominated email address. If you do not receive this email, please contact withlovebymallika@gmail.com

CANCELLATIONS
Once an order is submitted we are unable to change or cancel the order.
